Video 1: Introduction to MyGoalPal

Get an overview of the key features of MyGoalPal, including identifying specific behavioral goals for students, setting up rewards for meeting goals, monitoring progress with goals over time, and increasing home-school communication. This video will also review the three user roles: caregiver, teacher, and other professional, and how to set up your account.

Video 2: Setting up the DRC Schedule

This video reviews the steps for setting up a Daily Report Card (DRC) and shows users how to complete the first step in creating a DRC using MyGoalPal: Creating the DRC Schedule. This video will discuss how often a student should be provided with feedback on goals and will show users how to add a feedback schedule to the student’s DRC.

Video 3: Creating DRC Goals Using myGoalPal

Learn how to set specific behavioral goals that are individualized to your student. This video will provide tips on how to set effective DRC goals and will give users a step-by-step guide on how to create new goals and edit existing goals using MyGoalPal. Video 4: Creating Home and School Reward Menus

Now that you have built your DRC, learn how to provide rewards for success at meeting DRC goals! This video will review effective home and school rewards for children with ADHD and teach users how to create a leveled reward system. Other tips for keeping children motivated to meet DRC goals will be discussed. Click here for a list of example home rewards and here for school rewards.

Video 5: Explaining the DRC to Students and Providing Feedback

Once you have finished setting up your DRC, it’s time to start using it! This video provides tips on how to explain the DRC to students in order to set them up for success. You will also learn how to provide effective feedback to keep students motivated towards meeting DRC goals.

Video 6: Scoring the DRC

This video shows users how to score the student’s DRC each day. Teachers can use the Web Application: https://app.mygoalpal.com, or Mobile Apps (Apple or GooglePlay) to score DRC goals, provide comments to parents, and track school rewards. Teachers can also choose to print the DRC and provide a paper copy to the student. The video also shows parent users how to access their child’s DRC scores and track home rewards.
